Add ability to "Copy" on the "Ad Copy insights" page

[Add "Date Created (Ascending)" and "Date Created (Descending)" selections for Insights pages' "Sort by" selection

Issue Description: Inspired by a recent ticket, we should provide users a way to sort by date created on the "Sort by" selection on Creative Insights/Ad Copy Insights pages.

Filtering by product/tag in Creative insights & Ad copy insights
Currently there are the AI feature tags which can be filtered by, but they are not changeable or editable and can sometimes be inaccurate (Is a hand a human? or just a hand?). Furthermore, E-comm businesses could filter by their products or create manual tags which could be filtered by and hopefully saved as preset filters, that way users can have preset filters for their own uses.
