The idea is for client to have a small but in your face visual indicator shown by a simple red or green arrow which marks an increase in the kpi or a decrease in the arr dashboard. The arrow can appear by each column in each stage of the funnel and when client selects a date range it can compare the same range from the previous period and mark the increase or decrease. This can spark the user to ask questions and see if there is a strength or weakness. The arrow needs to be subtle and small and not overcrowd but just be visual enough to be noticed.
