The user on this chat is having issue with his catalog categories: https://app.intercom.com/a/inbox/ywppln4d/inbox/shared/all/conversation/117430502858739?view=List he has 1500 categories but he has only set it up on Google product categories as it is what Meta recommended. However since Madgicx only pull Facebook product categories he don't see them in Madgicx. He is not willing to update his categories in Facebook as it will take a lot of time.
